In the context, it is suppose to be complimentary.

I agree with them on that or at least I would of last year. I felt this year the team would not only contend but develop Jimenez, Crede, Olivo, Garland, Wright and Borchard a bit. The development hasn't been all that bad, its the talent that was there that was supposed to produce thats been bad.

My afternoon is extremely boring today. Tomorrow the auditors are here. It's kind if like in the movie "The Perferct Storm" right before the wave capsizes the boat around here today. I've had very few visitors in my office. Must mean they are working.. lol.. suckers!! :P
