LOL, Rusch is a gas can... and he's the Cubs' #2 starter to begin the season.

LOL, and Rusch is their 3rd starter entering the season. Better hope Zambrano, Williams, Maddux, and whomever else can hold it down until Prior returns.

#2...

Carlos Zambrano

Glendon Rusch

Greg Maddux

Jerome Williams

That's how they set their rotation. They don't want tee-ball Maddux pitching against the Reds at GAB.

I believe the Cubs consider Ol' Droopy ahead of him.

They probably do but Rusch is starting the second game of the season for them, not Maddux.

Iguchi's swing looks much, much better than the beginning of spring. Nice to see him get a couple hits in the last few days with his regular swing.

Leadoff single for the 90 year old Marquis Grissom. He will be Busty's new favorite this season.

I wouldn't be surprised to see vazquez get hit around a bit today comin off the wbc.

Thanks for the play by play! GO WHITE SOX!

So, this season, Thome has had...

Single up the middle for Anderson. Great AB by BA.

A shot right at Rusch's shin by Borchie. Upping that trade value! Runners at 1st and 2nd, no outs.

And one for Borch. Tries to de-shin the pitcher, infield single.

Borchard releasing his anger onto Rusch with that line drive!

Knowing the Cubs luck with pitchers, he'll have a broken foot. The Cubs will lie about it, of course.

LOL. Hawk and DJ don't know what their own blog is.

Cintron unlucky. Hard hit ball right at the SS.
