Does haegar incorporate his fastball or any other pitch into the knucker?? How is his knuckerso effective?

Chuck has a mid to upper 80s fastball and a slider that he uses occasionally.

According to KW, Haeger has a hard knuckler and a soft knuckler, in addition to the aforementioned pitches.

just need decent show me fastball that he can spot.

 

older sox fans remember Wilbur Wood, Eddie Fisher and The Good Doctor -- Hoyt Wilhelm.

 

Wood started both game of a doubleheader once and always threw a s*** pot of innings.

 

Major concern I have tonight is if he walks guys, the Angels will run like crazy.

One of the best "knuckleball" guys ever IMO was Tom Candiotti.

 

He could throw a 94 mph fastball and then come back with a knuckle that would spin you into the ground.

4.5 walks per 9 innings pitched is not good. However, the rest of his numbers in AAA more than balance it out.

i think a .5 per IP ratio for a knuckle balla aint bad yO!
