We skip Halladay again this weekend per rotoworld

Roy Halladay will get extra rest before reportedly making his next start Monday against the Red Sox.

Hallaway was originally expected to go against the White Sox Sunday, but the combination of added rest and a division rival made the decision for the Blue Jays

If true, that's great news.

didn't we miss him twice last year too?

he was hurt last year so probably. This is good cause he is starting to heat up again.

That's a break, because he would have been matched up against Garland.

Oooh, that would have been rough.

It's pretty obvious that Halladay is afraid of facing us. :D

TORONTO -- Roy Halladay was on the mound for Toronto on Tuesday, but when exactly he'd be making his next start was still up in the air until he picked up his sixth win of the season. After the victory over Tampa Bay, Toronto manager John Gibbons said he'd be giving his staff ace an extra day of rest in order to have him pitch the opener of a three-game series against Boston on Monday.

The alternative was to have Halladay stick to his usual five-day schedule and pitch the finale of a three-game set against the White Sox on Sunday afternoon. Instead, Gibbons will send rookie Ty Taubenheim to the mound against Chicago to give Halladay the added rest.

But we can't hit unknown, rookie pitching. This is a bad break. I'd rather face Halladay...

(That is supposed to be green...guess I can't figure it out)

I've seen the Tauberheim kid pitch against colorado on Saturday...he's ok, his control wasnt all there...

I don't think we faced him since 2004 for some reason. Lucky us.
