Woman admits raping 13-year-old boy

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) _ A woman admitted Friday that she pretended to be a health department worker before raping a 13-year-old boy at knifepoint.

Marilyn Rosario, 34, pleaded guilty to second-degree rape involving the boy, who claimed she came to his home on May 8 and posed as a health department worker who was there to talk to him about sexually transmitted diseases.

Once inside the home, police said Rosario raped and robbed the boy,

Rosario will be sentenced on June 28 to six months in Monroe County Jail and 10 years of probation.

She will also have to register as a sex offender, be required to have no contact with the boy, and pay restitution of $9 for the money she stole from him.

The judge's reasoning confounded Amy Miller, legal director for the Nebraska chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union.

"I have never heard of anything like this before," she said.

No one has ever come to the ACLU to complain of height discrimination, she said. And using Thompson's height as a reason to avoid sending him to prison is surprising, because neither the U.S. nor state constitution provides protections based on physical stature, she said.

If someone did that to my child I would beat that thug senseless to within a inch of his life so that he could never walk again and would have to drink his food through a straw.

Then you could claim that you did it in a fit of rage, go to the puzzle factory for 6 months, have them call you normal and get over on the system just like he did.
