Most of the money is at the very end of the contract. If he leaves the Cubs for football, he ends up being paid like a typical 2nd or 3rd rounder from the sounds of it. June 21, 200619 yr I would love to see him play in the NFL. He grew up being a huge Sox fan a few miles away from me, so I don't see him playing for the Cubs for 5 years to get that money. With Brady Quinn as his QB, Jeff will have a monster year and be a first rounder no doubt, probably even top 10.
