Soxtalk Sits Down W/ Brian Omogrosso

Seems like a decent arsenal. If he could add a change up, he would probably have a long career. Seems to have a good head on his shoulders and I like that prank that was pulled on him.

Good work.

Good interview, hopefully we see him at The Cell soon enough.

I just want to add a tidbit about his velocity. He was clocked as high as 98 THIS YEAR and in a workout a week before the draft (w/the reds) he was clocked at 95.

He was hoping to be selected between the 2nd and 4th rounds. I love the idea of a power throwing guy to go along with Long. These guys could make a quick impact for the Sox (in 1-2 years, starting as soon as next year) in an area we really lack (the pen).

he must've had a tough childhood.
