June 23, 200322 yr From waht I know, E-Lo talk like a Mexican American, a bit of a Mexican accent. He was born in Tiajuna but I believe he grew up around LA. Eric Chavez is the one who always gets me, his accent is pure Southern Cal surfer dude.
