It would be a nice replacement but only if they were gonna get rid of Briggs, if not it might lock up too much cap space. Id like to see us take a look at him though. Chisoxfn Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 The Giants had originally tried trading for him and I'd imagine they'd be the front-runners to land him. I'd also be a fan of picking up Wilson because I think the Bears need to do all they can to provide themselves with some insurance for this whole Briggs situation (and if the Bears feel they have that guy on the roster already, than Wilson is a good guy to bring in while the Bears work on developing that young LB already on the roster or the one they draft).
