April 14, 200719 yr I'd be a fan of the Bulls drafting Hibbert as an 'heir' to Ben Wallace. I don't think he's ever going to be a great big man, but I think he can be a pretty good one. He's really improved his post-game over the past couple years as well -- he's developed a very nice hook shot, and when he's up against a mismatch, he understands that all he has to do is overpower the guy and use that dropstep. The Bulls could obviously use a long-term center, and drafting another forward wouldn't seem to make sense. Ditto a guard, as they're pretty deep in #2/3 types.
April 14, 200719 yr QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Apr 13, 2007 -> 08:33 PM) I want the Bulls to get Hibbert so bad. As do I, and now that the lottery pick is secured we might just take him, I wouldnt expect anything less than a tall C/PF.

April 14, 200719 yr Id like either Yi Janlain or Hibbert. Maybe Noah if he falls to us and ditto with Horford.
April 14, 200719 yr Yi, Hibbert even though I want Thabeet the most. If Tyrus (the stud) improves his range in the offseason, I'll be estatic if we got Thabeet. Has all the potential in the world to be a dominent center if his offensive game comes together. He's still extremely raw. But then again, we won't need him as much because of Big Ben even though Ben can be a hellova teacher based on his game. Of course if Oden does happen to fall our way, then more power to us. Hibbert would help us the most even though he won't be a dominent center but at least serviceable/solid player. Yi is just an interesting choice. Wouldn't know what you'd get out of him but his athleticism is intreging even though his defense is below average.
