June 7, 200718 yr Whose brilliant idea was this? Seriously this had to be the worst promotional night in the history of the Cell. The stuff that took place on the field was a complete joke/embarrassment. For those of you that weren't there the only way I can explain it is: people dancing dressed up as cicadas, cicada songs, cicada noises, and just stupid bulls***. I dunno if this deserves it's own thread, but with all the repetitive threads, I figure, why not?

I thought the same thing, luckily we had a drunkard in our section that kept things more entertaining.

June 7, 200718 yr The kids seem really into these things...so I'm sure it wasn't for your pleasure. Just ignore it like all the other things the park does for kids. Speaking of Cicadas...The males have a pretty decent life. They spend 17 years napping. When they wake up they go on a cool hike and see the world for the first time. Then they sing a few songs, and they must be good cause the ladies flock to them. They flirt a little, pick a sexy one, get laid and then die. Not a bad way to go.
