When I got home to watch the game on Tivo, I got a little surprise when I saw the back-to-back homers and felt kinda excited to watch the rest of the game. That feeling quickly changed midway through the bottom of the first.

 

Hey, at least if Dye keeps hitting like that, we could possibly get Billingsley.

That is why it is good for Dye to break out in games we get rocked. Hopefully if we continue to lose and him raise those stats a little bit, we could get more in return. I really hope that Dye pads his stats a little bit for the next week and a half, and by the end of Interleague play, the Dye rumors start to really heat up, and he is trade by July. But if the Sox get within the 4-5 mark of the Wild Card and Dye starts to hit, false hope might set in and then the Sox bomb once again vs. the tougher AL.

on the plus side, i think our bullpen did pretty alright tonight! that's what i'm talking about. now if we could only get some people on base for those long bombs...

I've been making a KILLING playing the white sox under this season

 

9-3-2 so far overall and I haven't lost once in June

 

tonight I got it at 8.5. Last night's 9.5 was easy money.
