Is there any bullpen with a worse ERA the ours?

Fields had no chance there :huh

only team with a higher bullpen ERA is 1962 Mets

Sox five runs on 12 hits

Rays four runs on four hits.

this ball game is not ovah.

There is no reason for Danks not to be in the game.

What's up with this Gonzalez kid? 4 for 4? He is our best hitter right now

Jimmy the bat boy would say that he is also.

Why does Hall even bother throwing the ball down to second?

Conteras throwing to Hall might be the perfect storm enough to be Matthew Lecroy.

Oh ya, I kind of figured you were making a point based on some of the other posters on the site making generic comments similar to that so I figured I'd make a generic post back (in no way was I meaning to imply you as one of those that calls other people bad fans...in fact you have long been one of the posters that I think exemplifies this place).

Thanks! We can all do better in our posts and treating fellow Soxtalkers. I will do better also not to be misunderstood. I apologize if I came across wrong

His old teammates aren't exactly showing much mercy on him. Its like little league out there.

I'm glad Cooper was working with Masset earlier, you can tell the difference.

I don't have TV coverage, but am I wrong when I say that one of the reasons we signed Hall was becasue he was a good defensive catcher? Or was it his bat we wanted?

And Hawk goes into his VERY TIRED diatribe about the Sox not getting calls from umpires.

Toby Hall's arm fell off during spring training. Despite the reattachment, all bets were off at that point.

I thought it was his right-handed bat to spell AJ against lefties?

Send Masset to Charlotte.

Promote Gavin Floyd.

Guys who can't thrown strikes are killers in the big leagues.

As for Hall, his shoulder ain't right.

And everybody with any sense runs on him.

I would.

It's because he can hit lefties and AJ can not, that's pretty much the only reason. It's hard for Hall to throw right now since his shoulder is completely shredded. But it's good that he got some work in at 1B this spring, well worth it.*

*stolen line

ozzie broke his shoulder in spring training.

I am using Gameday. Danks through 5 and out after 88 pitchers. Massett in and ready to blow it again. Hard to stomach. Hope he can show something and get out of this

An infielder keeps a runner from scoring from 3rd on a fly ball..........in RF.

Roberto Clemente Gonzalez doing it all tonight.

young would have scored.

Their 3rd base coach did us a favor there.

Boxes there, boxes there.

Pitching Gavin out of the pen would be about the most ridiculously stupid thing they could do with him right about now.
