July 7, 200718 yr FutureSox Interview: Jack Egbert, RHP Interview Conducted By Paul Kennedy Few pitching prospects in the White Sox organization have seen their stock rise like Jack Egbert. Selected in the 13th round of the 2004 draft, Egbert has done nothing but put up solid results. With the rare knack of keeping the ball in the park like few other pitchers, Egbert has thrived in Birmingham, putting up some of the best numbers in the Southern League. Rest of the Story.... --- Good ol' Eggy.
July 8, 200718 yr Sounds like he doesn't use his curve much. That explains why he doesn't give up many HRs. Less hangers and a good changeup is a great thing to have. I definitely like what I read.
July 8, 200718 yr That's some good stuff right there. Great job getting an interview set up with Egbert!
July 9, 200718 yr If you weren't a baseball player, what would you be doing? I don't really know. It scares me to think about it actually. Edited July 9, 200718 yr by knightni
