Dan Patrick Leaving ESPN

Hooray! Now if only they could get that bid fat turd Chris Berman to be back back back back gone with him too.

I wonder what they will do with the dead air time on ESPN radio that went by the name "The Dan Patrick Show."

Good, he's an asshole.

I'm Dan Patrick!?

Dan, do you like Howard Stern's butt cheese?

He mentioned on his show he was asked to audition for "The Price Is Right", wonder if he got it (although I imagine that would be heavily rumored)

I've read that he was offered an audition and declined.

I like his show in small doses, but it will be missed. The heyday of it was the interplay between him and Dibble.

Horrible news. Dan Patrick is my favorite and his radio show is also my favorite radio show on the air.

Dibs and Patrick was the best that radio could be.

totally agree. Dan and Keith were like vaginas bleeding on a chalkboard....

The Herd cannot be stopped.

Maybe they'll extend game night and let Freddy Coleman, Doug Gottleib, Ryan Recillo, John Seible, and Jeff Rickard have their own mega show. They OWN late night.

Great news. We need Jim Rome on live in Chicago.

Actually Jim Rome was MUCH WORSE than Dan Patrick. I love the long pauses on the Jim Rome show when he had nothing to say. That was good radio.

Greg, we should be friends.....

Jim Rome had those TERRIBLE call in messages from fans who would smack talk about each other and then he'd just repeat everything they'd say and call it a segment.

Jim Rome

I like Rome, but I have to post this video

I don't (didn't?) mind Patrick. I don't see any similarities between him and Berman.

Berman I don't like.

Everett should have kicked Rome's punk ass.

I've heard people rip his long pauses before, but Rome must have changed that in the past two years since I've been listening to his show.

Finally! I was getting nervous!

No one in sports radio I dislike more than Rome.

I haven't listened to Patrick's show in about a year, but the thing that I couldn't stand about his show is that he would talk about one topic forever.

and they'd usually be NON-issues....that drove me crazy too.

Now that he's leaving I can focus all of my hate onto Mike and Mike in the morning...

I just thought of another bonus: Eric Casilias won't host the DP show when Dan's out....WOOHOO.

Eric Casilias = lil Dan Patrick

Jim Rome impersonation and a bonus Drew Rosenhaus impersonation doing the robot at the end.

While you are doing that, I will focus all of my hatred on Mike North and his "sports show".
