That Jose Martinez kid is putting up some real good numbers down in Bristol. I know its just low Rookie but he's still 18 (for a couple more weeks) and put up a decent line in the VSL at 17/18 last year. Just sayin we might wanna keep an eye on him in the next couple years.

They skipped his last start but it didn't sound like it was due to any sort of injury, just the Sox being careful with him considering he's coming off a full college season.

My guess is that most promotions will wait until the first week in August until after the Sox have completed their plan for the rest of the season.
