I don't understand why you claim he's in a wheelchair or that he has bad knees. Both are untrue.

at first when i saw this i thought it was a joke. but now that i see that hes serious im laughing even harder. i dont see any way tha JR is going to sell the sox espically to him

It is a joke. Not that it matters of he was serious. The group that owns the Sox now will own them for a long time to come. Long after Jerry, who is not the "owner" is gone.

I think Albert regrets going to Baltimore instead of sticking with Chicago.
