it was nice to see the girl from undeclared making an appearance in a movie.

watched it last night, not as funny as Knocked up or Virgin, but still pretty amusing.

havent seen superbad yet, but 40 year old virgin i thought was way better than knocked up....taht said knocked up is hilarious, but 40 YOV was one of the funniest movies i have ever seen....i laughed more the second time i saw it, and even more the third

I guess I need to go back and watch 40 YOV again, because I just don't remember thinking it was very good. I think my hatred for Catherine Keener is mostly to blame. She's so unlikeable/unwatchable.

Knocked up gets funnier every time you watch it. I have been watching it on that bootleg site listed in this thread. Paul Rudd and Seth Rogan have ridiculous chemistry in that movie, even more so than in 40YOV. Those staple characters lacked abit in superbad IMO.

 

Also I feel that every movie Apatow does NEEDS to include Jason Segel. I honestly believe he is one of the funniest people out there in entertainment, and absolutely carried Undeclared. And this project starring him, Paul Rudd and jonah hill will prob be hilarious

the first time i saw 40 YOV i really didn't like it, then i watched it again and loved it. Give it another shot. I'm assuming the same for knocked up. I thought it was overrated in theaters but when is ee it again, i expect to enjoy it more.

yeah the first time i saw it it was pretty funny ....but then i watched it again and i just gained such a greater appreciation for rudd and rogans characters and their deliveries and their chemistry ....they were both great in knocked up too, i found myself laughing at parts of knocked up that nobody else in the theater laughed at....as i said i havent seen superbad yet, but i quite frankly found that jonah hill and his posse weren't all that funny in knocked up...i guess i think rudd and rogan are so subtle in alot of their comedy (and like someone said previously, i really enjoy their chemistry) that the up in your face almost humor of hill was a bit annoying
