Amazing voice. I wish I had the opportunity to see him in his prime. Everything I heard was recorded, but even singing some pop tunes in the Three Tenor Concerts, he was just incredible.

    I heard this on the North show this morning (before I could throw a CD in so I didn't have to listen to that idiot). He and Fred were having a good ol' laugh about Luciano. It actually pissed me off. I am not a fan of his, nor of opera, but some people in the music world are sacred. The guy will never be equaled in our time.

     

    Though, in all honesty, just hearing North pisses me off, so it may have just been that. :huh:
