SOX atmosphere at the cell

Featured Replies

TO anyone who has been to any Sox games lately: I was just curious if the atmosphere in the cell has changed since the White Stockings have played better and of the trades.......

BE GOOD

its been great especially for these last two series. 30,00 record walk up crowd lets keep supporting them!

i was there tonight and the joint was jumping.... however the folks in the upper deck got f***ed... not nearly enough concessions were open and there were hardly enough beer jockeys...

I've been at two out of the last five and i've never had as much fun as in those last two games. :D

*30,00 +

Sox have drawn 60,000 fans to The Cell over the last two nights. I know, I know..... 1/2 Price Nights. But were 30,000 going to games on Mondays and Tuesdays before the Sox recent tear? I think not. If the Sox aren't in a good mood, I think the fans are. Hopefully we get at least 30,000 for our last home game before the AllStar break

All I can say is SELLOUT.

Also, Sox need to get over this hoopla and play ball. Don't think your just gonna win cause of the moves, you got to do the little things, pitch, play d, hit and run, etc.

Yeah. I hope JM keeps managing the way he has been and keeps screening his calls for KW.

I was there tonight. The atmosphere is awesome. I am really excited about this team right now. I don't want to get my hopes up, but they are playing with a confidence and a swagger that we have not seen in a while.

I love the moves!

I don't like losing Cotts and Ring, but you have to give to get (the Cub need to learn that)

:headbang :headbang :headbang :headbang

I'll say this. I have been to 21 games this season while they have sucked, but this team is playing good ball right now and the management is showing us they want to win.

If you live in the area GO TO THE GAMES AND SUPPORT THE TEAM!

I have been having a blast out there lately.

Haven't lost Cotts YET ..... at least last I heard

And I HOPE we don't have to give up the stud prospect!

Last night was great. Lot's of excitment and chants. We were giving Hunter tons of s*** out there in the bleachers. After suffering through April and May freezing my ass off, watching bad baseball, and listening to the incessant yapping of scrub fans rooting for the other team, this was long overdue. :headbang

Oh, and more ramp chants too. I looooove ramp chants after a big win.

I wish I could get up there to enjoy it more often.

Me too. You sound like a great Sox fan, and from the short time I met you at that tailgate party you seemed like a great guy. I wish all the long distance diehards from here on the board could be at every game.

Just to clarify, it was a little over 14K walk up crowd. We already have a 14K+ ticket base.
