February 20, 200818 yr Dope. Can be used to describe, marijuana, heroin. Also can be used instead of "truth/facts" or "good". That weed was dope. (good) Do you have any dope? (drug) What is the dope? (truth or fact) Dank. Dank- high quality marijuana Dank- good Do you have any dank? (drug) John Danks is a dank pitcher. (good) Not sure how the terms have progressed, but my guess is that the terms started off as drug culture, and then became terms used in regular culture.
February 20, 200818 yr Sick – used to be bad when something was sick, but now when someone says "that was just sick" it's an admiration.
February 20, 200818 yr Insane itself still has two meanings...if someone is insane, they are a psycho or insane by trial; if someone does something insane, it's so damn cool that you cant believe they did it. Also, though I don't know if I'd suggest using it, the N-word has adopted a different ending nowadays and means something completely different, although that's more of an interracial thing than just general slang.
