it's not racist but I was laughing hysterically when I saw it. Lou Dobbs is such a joke, he's found his niche and is exploiting it for all it's worth. Disgusting TV "journalism".

He would have called any ridiculous politician that, not just because they were black.

 

It's an old, archaic terminology that was promoted by Bugs Bunny cartoons.
