Featured Replies

wow, Nick was not picking up those pitches at all, he looked way out front

Swish and OCab both working the count to 3-2. Both strike out on changeups.

Same with cabrera. At least they are making them work. The tiger bullpen is pitiful.

both were hittable change ups too

Sox work two 3-1 counts and than strikeout.

Gotta love the two big OBP guys we brought in swinging and missing.

Thome Doubled. Lets get a two out rally going.

I thought those were fastballs?

Damn, thome would have drove someone in.

Those didnt look like changeups, they were both 89 mph tailing fastballs. But both players swung at them like they were changeups

Because they're supposed to get on base every at-bat.

Nice, make Robertson fall behind on the first 2 hitters, then just go ahead and K. He could easily strike out the side here...

DJ: "Late inning Crede".....

This must replace Rally Crede now.... :lolhitting

C'mon Paulie. Prove you aren't completely useless.

Nice rip by Thome, hitting lefties well so far Jim!

I'm liking the patience we're seeing so far today. Robertson isn't throwing anything these guys can't hit. PK flies to deep right-center to end the inning.

Is the wind blowing in today?

At least we got him to throw 20 pitches.

At least Robertson threw 20 pitches in the first inning.

We flat out suck right now with RISP.....this needs to change NOW

Now? The inning is over.

Last year opponents put up a .636 OPS against Nate Robertson the first time around, in their second PA that number jumped to .857, third PA? .880.

Cabrera isn't a big OBP guy, he's just an upgrade over Uribe.
