July 7, 200323 yr Author Source? I just heard it on espn, like breaking news. Thats all I know, sorry.
July 7, 200323 yr Source? ESPN just broke in from the game to announce it. He posted $25,000 in bail. *moves to off-topic*
July 7, 200323 yr Author excellent i hope he is guilty and have to go to jail like tyson. I would say IF he is guilty i hope he goes to jail, why would you hope hes guilty?
July 7, 200323 yr Author It was in a htoel room, apparently. Someone beat up a hooker! Lets hope he is cleared of these charges. He is one great player and it sounds pretty serious.
July 7, 200323 yr I would say IF he is guilty i hope he goes to jail, why would you hope hes guilty? b/c i don't like him.
July 7, 200323 yr Author b/c i don't like him. You've met the guy? I think thats kind of extreme, wanting a guy to be guilty, because youre not a fan. Oh well, to each their own.
July 7, 200323 yr Between hoping someone gets convicted of a serious crime because someone doesn't like that person (ie crucify him, crucify him, crucify him) or hoping that someone is cleared because they are a great player (ie the OJ can't be guilty theory he won the Heisman) I can't accept either. In that none of us have the information that underlies the charge and a prosecution, defense, and jury verdict have not yet come, I will go to the constitutional principle of innocent until proven guilty - if he is innocent, he should be found innocnet because he is, not because he is a great player, and if he is guilty, I hope he is convicted as he should be. Let the system work - taking sides at this point or wishing ill or the opposite without facts but just on the basis of subjective personal opinions isn't the way it is supposed to go.

I hope every human being is innocent of crimes. Never said i hoped he was innocent because he is a great player. All criminals deserved to be jailed, no matter what their status.
July 7, 200323 yr Happened in Colorado too..... Eagle County. If he did it, hopefully he'll be found guilty and do time. But, regardless of whether or not he did or did not do it, it is highly unlikely he will be found guilty. Just a gut feeling I have.

July 7, 200323 yr Following in the footsteps of James Worthy who was busted with two hookers in Texas. Seems the cops had just busted the service and Lucky Jimmy calls in and places his order Guess he was surprised when the undercover cops arrived I'm always a little suspicious when a hooker claims a crime against a famous person. If it is true, he just bought the most expensive date he's ever had. Goodbye Nike, Goodbye Sprite. Or should I say Caio?
July 7, 200323 yr Goodbye Nike, Goodbye Sprite. Or should I say Caio? Not to mention.. bubye to his wife and kid and half his net worth. What a moron.

July 7, 200323 yr Author Not to mention.. bubye to his wife and kid and half his net worth. What a moron. That moron hasnt been convicted of anything yet.
July 7, 200323 yr That moron hasnt been convicted of anything yet. My post had NOTHING to do with the crime he's so far been "accused" of. He was in a hotel room with a woman other then his wife. Don't have to be convicted of anything to divorce his sorry ass. He's a moron.
July 7, 200323 yr Author He was in a hotel room with a woman other then his wife. Don't have to be convicted of anything to divorce his sorry ass. He's a moron. You know nothing yet. As usual, youre letting your uncontrolled emotions, control your words.

As usual, youre letting your uncontrolled emotions, control your words. Sorry Bmr... but arrest warrants don't get issued for no reason. The woman knew the resort he was staying at. And the doorman recognized her. She was obviously there with him. Guilty of adultry is more then enough to say adios. Don't even care about the rape charges. If he hurt her, he'll get his. Cheating is unexcusable.
