Probably fake... but very well done if it is.

This footage was recorded on February 21st 2008 at the Raffles City in Shanghai. Two men entered an elevator at approximately midnight, when both men exited the elevator, a granny appeared in the back of one of the men.

 

PS: the "granny" appears at the very end.
