About the most controversial guys he's brought in are AJ and Everett but both those guys are more about hard nosed winning than being utter clowns like JG or MB.

Another thing along these lines...by keeping character in mind when hiring people...they've taken an extra step that may well have really insulated the team from being stuck with a highly paid PED guy falling apart a couple years after he comes off the juice.
