Clinton had some of that same magic. After watching grandpa Ron and Grandma and Grandpa Bush he was a sax playing hedonist that could party.

I'm no expert in this area, but it looks like a bunch of foreign investors pulled money out after they invaded Georgia. That to me is hilarious.
