Betemit can play every position except C and CF. He won't be a gold glove fielder, but Lillibridge won't either. Why is this under discussion?

There's been no buzz about Kroeger over the past few weeks making the big league team.

Can he play CF?

Yes, he can play all Of positions and 1B

Interesting stat for the day... The Sox went 6 for 6 in SB attempts. When was the last time you saw a Sox team steal 6 bases in a game, let alone that many without being caught.

 

Kroeger did get picked off 1st though.

 

I wonder if Beane had his pitchers walk Owens and let us get those steals so KW would want to keep Owens around. The perfect plan.
