Create a type of goverment which has 5 presidents. It might be more of a parliament, but there'd be regional presidents from the Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast, and a Wild Card. The Wild Card would be an at-large president, but we'd keep it as Wild Card because I like the name better.
