July 6, 200916 yr And Ill join in, again. I went from 260 to 215 last year, but over this past year due to school and now work Im up to 240, not good. Problem is I tore my ACL and I dont know what Ill be able to do exercise wise, but I need to eat healthier and less. Going back to Soxtalk Biggest Loser!

November 9, 200916 yr Author Wow I thought this thread would be buried. I have done really good with my diet. I dont weigh myself but I am a lot more active and I dont eat as much red meat. By next summer I will be right where I want to be and my GF will make sure of that.
November 9, 200916 yr I went with the flu crash diet. I had the worst sore throat of my life from the virus and could hardly eat anything for the better part of a week. I ended up losing about 10-15lbs. Since then, I've been exercising and eating well so I haven't gained any of the weight back.
