If Dye is brought back as DH I would like the Sox to work him out at 1b in ST, it would be good for rests and nagging injuries to have a DH that could play OF and 1b. July 23, 200916 yr embarrassing. I can see a one time deal, it happens in baseball. But to allow 30+ runs to the worst hitting team in the AL (majors?) is not acceptable

He's been awesome so far this year, but nothing in his career says the White Sox should count on this from him next year
July 23, 200916 yr if Matt Holliday played for the ChiSox, he is guaranteed 10 homers a year against Twins pitching. That would make up for any missing left handed power
