So that's kind of interesting - the 8/7 ratio is very close the same ratio of the entire house. Corruption knows no party.

I don't think even the hard cores in each party would have disputed that.

I don't feel like looking it up...what kind of scandal has McConnell been tied to to have him listed there?

"Sen. McConnell’s ethics issues stem primarily from (1) earmarks he inserted into legislation for clients of his former chief of staff in exchange for campaign contributions and (2) the misuse of his nonprofit McConnell Center for Political Leadership at the University of Louisville."

from that link.

Not a chance... This is when Kap's "They all do it" line comes into play.

And if one party does manage to do something new and innovative, from good or evil, you can be damn certain the other party will do it as soon as they get a chance; and they will sit around thinking how stupid they were for not thinking of it first.

After they claim the other party is evil or wrong for doing it...

:lolhitting yep.

 :crying

I think that's why I get so aggravated around here: there's post after post after post about the nonsense one party does, and yet, most are so blinded to the fact that their party is just as bad if not worse then the other. It makes people appear really shallow.
