September 9, 201015 yr My infiniti will knock like an SOB if I put anything other than premium in it. Still nobody on here can touch the MPG on my regular gas powered scooter, 100 mpg baby.
September 9, 201015 yr Some grocery chains/ mom and pop places have gas that has a lot of water in it. My friend had to have his tank drained of about 3 or 4 gallons of water one time after using those brands for more than a year.

I ran into this with my boat actually after filling it up several times from a small crappy station. There actually ended up being water in the cylinders than corroded several pieces of my corvette engine which eventually had to be replaced.
September 11, 201015 yr I only put regular Shell gas in my car. Even if I'm low on gas, I'll drive the extra distance to get it filled up at a Shell gas station.
