August 1, 200322 yr I'm in Rolling Meadows and we were hailed twice. (I am afraid to see my car when I leave in a few). Apparentlt the second wave is just hitting my house. It was amazing watching the roof drain pipe across the parking lot - it looked like a fire hydrant.

My last Schaumburg office was at Algonquin and 53 and I was living in Wheeling right off Willow. I hated days like today knowing my 20 minute commute was going to be double that. Crawl down 53, stop 3 times at every light on Willow. . .
August 2, 200322 yr My car was sittin in the driveway the whole time. I went out to inspect the damage but I guess they don't make cars like they used to. No permanent damage. Just a s***load of leaves all over the damn place.
