August 14, 200322 yr I think that double play in the 8th killed what little momentum this team might have had tonight.

August 14, 200322 yr The one bright side of this loss, is Elcaballo getting closer to .300.... Up to .286... Good Stuff.... and Garland will save us tomorrow, he's due to pitch good after the rock-fest he served up last time. GO SOX+#45!
August 14, 200322 yr at least this was an acceptable loss, this loss doesn't hurt as bad as some of the others. I mean the sox played a great game, just the angels played a better one, this is not something yo ucan get too mad about.
August 14, 200322 yr Jose sould be benched and Fined I saw that play on the tvs inside the club level hallways after the Bruce concert - your comment about St JosE6 "run us out of the inning" Valentin are calmer than mine were, so I will agree to yours. (But why do we keep him? His fielding? His hitting? His base running? )
August 14, 200322 yr Author Jose sould be benched and Fined I saw that play on the tvs inside the club level hallways after the Bruce concert - your comment about St JosE6 "run us out of the inning" Valentin are calmer than mine were, so I will agree to yours. (But why do we keep him? His fielding? His hitting? His base running? ) No, no, no....its because of his leadership abililty I'm about tired of that excuse...if Jose would just hit left-handed all the time, he could be a 260 hitter, and I would be satisfied with that. But it won't happen, so we get a SS that produces a BA around 235 for $5 mill a year........SWEET!!!
