I'm rooting for KC to sweep

:nono

if the Sox take of the Rangers, I don't care what happens in Kansas City.

need to win the next two so Cotts has a relatively pressure free night on Sunday

I'm rooting for KC to sweep............I would rather see minnesota out 7 then have gain ground on us.  Reason being if minnesota sweeps Kc, or wins 2/3 then the central starts becoming a log jam ala NL Central.  Every game starts to make a difference (not that they aren't now), and a loss could mean a jump from first to third.

I would glady give up one game to KC if it means Minnesota is 7 games behind KC and 4 behind us.

never pick your opponents - you have no way of knowing if you are wishing for what may be the owrst possible thing fopr out team. A KC sweep may be just what the Royals needs to give themselves the final wave of insurmountable momentum. There is no ne3d to compulsively have an opinion as if our opinions are God's given facts on every other game.

Let them play each other and whatever happens, happens. Our only concern shouyld be what we do. We take care of business, that is enough. Te very thing you are wishing for, for KC, may be our kiss of death.

let's throw that top of the first out and take a mulligan

Oh crap, sounds like we have another horn blower like up in Toronto.

What do people think is so cool about that????

not a good way to start with ELo making an error

Well that was stupid. And of course with our luck the Sox will let the run in.

That stolen base call was one of the worst calls I've seen by an ump this year.

Another BS call

end of 1.5

0-0

When did Colby Lewis become Nolan Ryan?

When he faced the Sox

painful to watch so far

Leadoff double for Jose..

why?

not unusual for two innings to go by with no one scoring - does that make our pitcher nOlan Ryan too?

why all the poor mouthing?

and do you stop the poor mouthing now that Jose hit a double to open the 3rd?

Why the hell is Joe not bunting?

Well Joe gets the job done, thankfully. C'mon, need this run to hopefully rattle Cy.

I don't know if I can watch much more of this game. I am so sick of the Sox making crap pitchers look like Cy Young. Hopefully they'll catch on the second time through the lineup. Ugh.

Bad call at first

crede hits 1-3 sac to advance Jose to third - playing small ball

f*** you JM! (isn't that what we always say?)
