September 19, 201213 yr All we have to do is score ONE more run then the Royals. And that's winning strategy right there Edited September 19, 201213 yr by elrockinMT
September 19, 201213 yr QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Sep 18, 2012 -> 06:30 PM) 23.1 IP and 0 ER against us. f***ing Christ. And that streak seems destined to correct itself and come back to the mean. All teams have some pitchers they struggle against, but that is insanely good for a generally mediocre pitcher.

I mean it wasn't like he just mystified us or anything, the guy had three pitches spot on both those nights and got them all over the plate. This is something he has not been able to do with any consistencyover the course of his career, so we shouldn't expect that he'll do it again.

September 20, 201213 yr QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Sep 20, 2012 -> 12:52 AM) Three starts... Did Guthrie dominate the Sox when he was with the Orioles as well? Or is this a KC thing?
