True, forgot about him too. Point is, even though the 40-man is theoretically full, there are a number of guys who could be dropped at a moment's notice with no effect on the team.

 

And probably will be soon. I am sure we are going to bring in a 3B at some point.

Agreed. Though honestly, I'd rather protect someone like Shoemaker than Carter, but that's a very small argument.
