I refuse to believe that is for real. It is such poor production value, it has to be a joke

If the IN THE FACE commercials are real, then this is probably real...

As bad as the video is, I just can't stand that style of writing. Every gossip blog/deadspin article is just the same crap churned over and over. "man this is the worst thing EVER right? I'd rather pour acid down my (std joke of some kind)? blah blah"

Drama gets clicks.

I can't help myself. Regardless, it looks better for the White Sox and they won't deny it. :-)

That video was not an April Fool's Day joke. They ran it to open the whole "show" and then they played it again halfway through said show.

You don't run an April Fool's day joke on opening day as one of your centerpieces.

It also wasn't a joke of any kind trying to trick anyone. Someone tried to have fun and show more "personality" for some of the players. It just ended up being a terrible piece.

You, sir, need to learn to boleeve.

I am finally watching this thing with volume for the first time, and let me tell you what, it is the absolute greatest video of all time.

JUST WHEN YOU THINK THEY'RE A QUIET, DUMB BORING TEAM, THEY GO AND DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS....AND TOTALLY REDEEM THEMSELVES!

...wait, they changed the opening video at the park from that awesome one with the piratey johnny depp music?! They better not have.

Yea they did. Its kinda like that Ken Burns Home poem except instead of being halfway inspiring you're just struggling to understand what the hell is being said. It sucks, I really loved the old intro.

I'm going again Thursday, hopefully its back and this was some one-off for Opening Day.

I didn't think for one second it was going to be that bad. I felt awkward for the players. No wonder they can't hit.

It wouldn't have been that bad without the unbeliveably bad lip synching. I mean, it wouldn't have been great, but at least it would not have been sooo bad.

You have to wonder if they even reviewed it before deciding it was a go. They must have directed this like Ed Wood directed his movies.
