June 9, 201312 yr Hey guys I am going to be downtown Chicago going to the Field Museum and such on Tuesday and wanted to go to the White Sox game afterwards. But I don't have a car. So I was wondering what was the easiest and safiest way to get from downtown Chicago where the Willis Tower and everything is to the Southside by train. Then back to downtown and the Ogilvie transportation Center Really could use some help since I am from out of town. Thanks guys

June 9, 201312 yr If you're near the Willis Tower and the game is your next stop, you can hop on the Red Line at Jackson (someone correct me if the construction has affected that stop). ************ To get back to Ogilvie after the game, this a pretty easy way, will take about a half hour from the time you leave the park: Walk east 2 blocks to the Green Line at 35th and State. Take the Green Line (toward Harlem/Lake - you're heading North, everyone will be getting on this train) and get off at Clinton. Walk 2 blocks south on Clinton, go east (left) on Washington and the main entrance is a half a block up on Washington. Edited June 9, 201312 yr by IlliniKrush
