So are we comfortable with all the changes the government made?

Some of the recent leaks have probably been a bigger deal. The NSA undermining internet encryption/preventing companies from using stronger encryption seems like it'll be a very big one in the tech world.

Federal judge rules the NSA's program of gathering data on all telephone calls made in the U.S. is unconstitutional; ruling on hold pending appeal, NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams & NBC's Pete Williams reports.

I like the ruling. I'm not a fan of any sort of "grab them all and let God sort it out" and "if you have nothing to hide, why are you bothered by it" tactics.

Neat development, not that anything will ever come of it.
