I am an overly supersticious (or stupidsticious as my brother says) and I don't think I could by playoff tickets without feeling like I am going to jinx them. But, if they are available and you can afford them - . GO SOX!!!!!!!!!!!

August 24, 200322 yr WE have exactly a ONE game lead. ...and that's ALL you need at season's end to make the playoffs! JR insists on early payment to reserve your seats, so it's not so much a Faith Affirmation on Steff's part as it is a REQUIREMENT to get her "potential" playoff tickets...although I don't know if I'd ever personally say it was NICE to spend a grand.

Actually.. it's MLB that wants the money, not the Sox. They are the middle man in both the AS game and any and all playoffs. They need to know how many will be avaliable to them after season ticket holders get theirs.
August 24, 200322 yr How cheap are the cheapest playoff tickets? And, do you get your $ back if they don't make the playoffs?
August 24, 200322 yr How cheap are the cheapest playoff tickets? And, do you get your $ back if they don't make the playoffs? I can't remember what the first round cost, but if you buy them as a non season ticket holder, and they don't play the game, they will refund your money, minus any ticket fees.

I'm sure they have to print tickets in case a couple team planes go down.
