At the very least, Robin has to be embarrassed. Can you imagine going to work every day with these results? In the real world you'd get a lot of dirty looks and ultimately the pink slip if the guys you were responsible for were performing like this.

They have to find a graceful way out for him.

This is why you don't hire family members/insiders.

and these insider forced coaches need to go to. let them do PR work.

One good thing about wanting the Sox to lose....it's much less stressful. Getting pi$$ed off night after night after night was getting tiresome.

Axe may be out of fairy dust. But he doesn't have much short relief experience, and I'm not sure that the 10th inning is the time to give him his first taste.

 

I blame Ventura but it could be Cooper running this operation for all I know.

It was only short relief because he gave up a homer and the game ended. He was probably there to pitch as long as he could if it went that long.
