August 27, 200322 yr the game play is not really much different than last year in my opinion, just harder to play defense and easier to score, which I hate. it is an very cool game though with the way the franchise mode is and all.
August 27, 200322 yr To me the Gameplay is a big step up. Its harder to play defense and offensively its much more realistic. Receievers catch balls they should catch and the cb's pick balls they should pick.
August 27, 200322 yr I'm always looking for someone to play online. Like to play with someone who doesn't quit when they are losing and plays the right way. No going for it on 4th and 20 unless it's the end of the game or onside kicking the kick off. AOL IM=bjc5379

I just did the draft yesterday and i picked up Thomas Tapeh from minnesota with the 23rd and then got Michael Turner from Northern Illinois for my 2nd rounder.

The only actual Bears I have are Urlacher, Brown, Maynard, and Booker.

You have to have ncaa WITH the names put in (i downloaded them) and then export the draft classes from ncaa to madden.

August 28, 200322 yr Actually I want to add to the original question... Madden or NCAA? Depends. If you want an easier game, get NCAA. If you want a more difficult, but more realistic game, get Madden. Madden gets frustrating as hell. And, as expected, the commentary is s***ty. Then again, it is Michael and Madden.
August 28, 200322 yr NCAA is only easy if you play it on junior-varsity or something or play OSU vs Middle Tenn St. Last night I played as San Diego St vs San Jose St on All-American and I lost 27-24 on a last second field goal. Game is not easy, but it is realistic and the gameplay rocks.

Game is not easy, but it is realistic and the gameplay rocks. Must just be me then. If you do the dynasty mode, you can get teams fricking stacked. Hell, Syracuse has a 50 game winning streak and they've become the elite team in the nation(wanna guess who I am?)
August 28, 200322 yr Well yeah when you do the recruiting and your team has 4 or more stars you're gonna get some pretty stellar teams. I started a Dynasty with UMass, went like 2-10 the first year, couldn't recruit s***, 4-8 the second year, got a couple people, 8-4 the next year, recruiting was a little better, won the national title (by then I was up to 4 stars, had started with 1) and still nobody wanted to go there. Next year I made it back to the title game and lost. Went to Oklahoma and got a ton of blue chippers, except UMass stole the reciever I wanted.

August 28, 200322 yr I'm really lookin forward to Madden 2004 coming out in Australia but I'm not sure when that is. The Owner Mode sounds pretty sweet and the Gameplay is always good, but we never get the NCAA games down here which is annoying.
