August 28, 200322 yr I never thought Buehrle was this good. the guy has shown us several times that he can't pitch in low scoring games. so far, we have three runs. it is not like Buehrle is a guarantee for 8 IP 2 runs. Cotts, Buehrle or Buehrle, Cotts, it really doesn't make much of a difference.

But, as for how Buerhle would've done today...In the words of Queens of the Stone Age--Noone Knows! So, it's futile to speculate, since speculation only leads to being more pissed off.

Buehrle VS Yankees - our chances of winning improves but we aren't favorites Cotts VS Tigers - Cotts could win against a weak team, but we are a facing a no name pitcher, so it is heads up Cotts VS Yankees - Yankees have a big advantage in this game Buehrle VS Tigers - Sox have a HUGE advantage in this game fact is, with Buehrle going against the Tigers tomorrow we have a very good chance of pulling out a win, which is what we need right now. look at it this way, we could lose 10-0 and win 10-0 or we can lose 5-4 and lose 5-4. in this situation we lessen our chances at winning one game but strengthen our chances and winning another. that is how I'm looking at it.
