July 1, 201411 yr If you read the article, I think all the writer is really trying to get across is... he has good stuff, poor command, but has demonstrated SIGNIFICANT improvement since getting his ass handed to him in AA just 2 years ago. Think like this: If Petricka has come this far, why can't he continue to improve and be a top notch closer?
