-6 now... I still take Carolina. I think they win by at least a TD.

Denver really needs to create some havoc with their defense and to control the clock. The running game has to be a lot better than it was last week.

PROPOSITION 2016 U.S. PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

Hmmmm what do you guys think about betting the max on Hilary Clinton?

Would not do that

I've been running pretty hot on Bovada poker recently. I have up to $500 I could put on the Super Bowl but want to limit my actual risk to $100.

Looking at $285 on CAR to win at -210 and $215 on DEN +6 at -105. I can't lose both bets. If I win both, I profit $340. If I split, I lose $80.

Or I could do $295 on CAR to win and $205 on DEN +6. If I win both, I profit $335. If CAR wins by more than 6, I lose $65, and if DEN wins I lose $100.

I rarely make >+100 bets. This one seems safe enough. I think they would only let me bet 2K. That's $2200.

Are you saying bet for less or avoid the political bets all together.

I'm sure you meant DEN +6. Why do you want to make two bets like that?

Yes, I mean +6 and I fixed that.

I want to make two bets because, while I have $500 available to bet, I want to limit my risk to $100 and maximize my potential winnings. I can win more by splitting $500 between two bets than by a single $100 bet. Plus, I really do think CAR wins by less than 6 so I like my chances of hitting both.

It's essentially getting 4.25:1 odds that CAR wins by 1-5 points.

I see. Well go for it but I really don't think you hit that +6.

Parlay?

I took Purdue and A&M at -3.

Purdue is -3? What is the line for the other 35 minutes?

Parlay?

Nah I don't do parlays.

I teased because these games have been way too close for comfort.

If I did straight up and spread and parlay, that's too risky for my blood although it would have paid off big time.

I had a good day on my parlays.

A&M and Purdue -3

MSU and Kentucky -1.5, -6.0

Pistons, Hornets, Raptors -7, -1, -2

A good night!

Keep the streak rolling.

Who do people have today?

I got killed yestersay. 5 cbb games today, betting them all, why not. VCU, A&M, Purdue, Memphis, Ark LR.

Ok Soxtalk, I need your help for a big prized parlay! Most likely, I'll lose but I want to go for it.

It's a $25, 16 TEAM parlay to win $250,000!

Here are the teams:

1) Maryland vs Kansas +/- 6

2) O/U 144

3) Miami (Fl) vs Villanova +/- 4.5

4) O/U 140

5) Duke vs Oregon +/- 3.5

6) O/U 156

7) Texas A&M vs Oklahoma +/- 3

8) O/U 147

9) Indiana vs UNC +/- 5.5

10) O/U 158.5

11)Wisconsin vs ND +/- 1

12)O/U 131.5

13)Iowa State Virgina +/- 5

14)O/U 141

15)Gonzaga vs Syracuse -/+ 4

16)O/U 135

If I hit, I'm willing to share the wealth when anyone who provides information for the following games.

Let's do this.

131.5 seems like an awfully low number for any ND game, even when the opponent has a good defense. ND even put up 66 on Virginia so I'd definitely go with the over on that one.

I was leaning toward the over on that one too.

1 down 15 to go.

I know 156 is a big number, but I like the over on Oregon/Duke as well. Duke creates lots of points at both ends of the floor.
