Big 12 Tournament

Featured Replies

Regular season ends Saturday, seeding still very up in the air after Kansas.

Tourney starts with play-in games for seeds 7-10 on Wednesday, March 11th, then the broader bracket Thursday. Championship on Saturday the 14th.

This tourney is going to be awesome.

K State loses to TCU again. The first time K State will miss the tournament since 2009. He's pretty good at turning programs around.

Be interesting to see what Texas team shows up tonight in a kind of dead atmosphere. It's basically a home tourney for Kansas and Iowa State.

TCU is a better team than their conference record makes them appear. They lost a lot of close games to good teams. They're close to being a competitive B12 team.

Iowa State furiously charges back from 15 down in the 2nd half to tie it.....67-67, TEX has the ball with less than a minute to go.

Wow Cyclones.

And TCU made Kansas work for it at least.

Rick Barnes gonna Rick Barnes. The crowd was also a big help for ISU.

I didn't get to watch most of it, was it really that heavily an ISU crowd?

From what I saw, yeah. They were loud, they were standing up and cheering. The majority of the crowd seemed to be a split between ISU fans up on their feet and KU fans sitting and enjoying the game. Could make for a great atmosphere if they both make it to Saturday.

Well, depending on how the next 1 or (hopefully) 2 games go for ISU, they could be anywhere from a 4 (if they lose to OU) to maybe possibly a 2 seed (if they run the table).

Because Ames and Des Moines are too boring and there's nothing else to do before Spring Break.

Out of those 3 I'm taking IU and UCLA. In that order too.

I could watch OU and ISU play all day, fun basketball

Three insanely entertaining games.

Iowa State/Kansas, round three.

If ND and ISU both win tonight, interesting to see which team gets KU's #2 seed.
