Zangari with a real nice season. Would love to see them challenge him next year and send him to low A. He, Jarvis, Cruz, & Rodriguez would finally give Kannapolis some age appropriate position talent.

Future Sox has posted about the Rule V after the fact with just basic definitions before getting into the players, not any different than what I posted earlier in here.

 

Here is an article from Fangraphs, though it leaves nebulous the minor league phases. Surprisingly, I cannot find a good, complete Rule V Draft article.
