I actually like this idea better than CBI or CIT or whatever.

You should always hit on 16 in Vegas if the dealer has a 10 showing.

Confirmed that Vegas event looking more like 8-team deal. Northern Illinois, Boise State, UCSB, Oakland, Towson, ODU, ETSU, La. Tech in mix.
